On this joyful moment, Dongstar Group is pleased to announce that after rigorous scientific research and efforts, Dongstar Import & Export Co.,ltd. successfully participated in the drafting and Plywood for Aircraft Standards, which marks another step forward for us in the formulation of industry standards. step.

As early as 2018, Dongstar participated in drafting and revising the national "Plywood for Concrete Formwork" standard. The revision and formulation of Aircraft plywood standards is not only directly affects the safety of aviation equipment, but is also directly related to the interests of the country and the people. Our company's participation is a full affirmation of our technical strength and industry status, as well as a profound recognition of our responsibilities and mission.

This LY/T-1417-2023 document was proposed by the State Forestry and Grassland Administration and is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Artificial Panels. In accordance with the GB/T1.1-2020 standardization work guidance, it replaced LY/T1417-2011 "Birch Plywood for Aircraft". Compared with LY/T1417-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are:
1. Changed the scope of application of the standard.
2. Changed the meaning of the terms and definitions of aerospace plywood.
3. The requirements for slip knots, wormholes, skin clipping, and patchwork in appearance quality have been changed, and the requirements for falling knots have been deleted. Added void, resin bladder requirements.
4. The strength requirements of plywood have been changed, and the static bending strength and elastic film requirements have been added.
5. Added static bending strength and elastic film measurement test methods.

Through this revision, the Standards for Craft Plywood have been further standardized. In the future, we will continue to adhere to the concept of "Quality First, Safety First" and contribute more to the development of the national plywood industry. Let’s work together to create a better future!
