There are different veneer grade,like A,B,C,D grade,they are all good and uniform grade for all plywood. The rotaty cut veneer like bintangor,okoume,birch,pine ; The PS cut like red oak,black walnut,cherry,parota,white oak etc; The melamine paper have 1000+ colors,different kind of colors can be customized,there are also few hundred colors of HPL .
There are different kind of the core,such as birch,poplar,eucalyptus,hardwood core,that’s all can be according your requirement to produce it,the eucalyptus core import from Europe with high quality,all the core will be select piece by piece,only used good grade core-A,B grade,we used the drying machine to dry core,the moisture content can be 8%-12% and uniform.
The glue we used phenolic glue,WBP melamine glue,E0,E1,E2 Glue,that’s all used environmental glue,E0 formaldehyde≤0.5mg/L，E1 formaldehyde≤1.5mg/L，E2 formaldehyde≤5mg/L，
The glue produced by ourselves,test it before we used it,only quality glue be used to production.
The furniture grade plywood will be produce with advance machine, because furniture grade need higher requirement of the surface, need to paint, need to laminate some HPL, Melamine paper etc.
The first and last layer, we use machine joint veneer like this one, five glue lines joint three pcs together, to avoid overlap and gap maximum. And central veneer all A grade veneer inside it. And as we know the poplar is a kind of soft wood, so some client need to add some hardwood inside it, to make the furniture more strong and stable.,that’s all according customer’s requirement produce it .
We used advance machine to produce all the products,some machine import from Germany.
